Award-winning Chef Dominic Tedesco combines culinary talent and a unique background to create a presentation like no other. Born and raised in the Midwest, he opened his first restaurants in Indiana and Kentucky. His popularity soared and "The Hillbilly Italian" was a hit, winning a number of awards for his pizza recipes. As a member of the US Pizza Team, he placed 2nd in North America at the 2004 World Pizza Championships held in Salsomaggiore, Italy. He also holds a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas.
After working as an Executive Chef at several renowned properties in Las Vegas including the MGM Grand, he now works in the corporate culinary world with an emphasis on personal catering and consulting.
