Becky Martin, a native of Orange, CA has quickly become one of Los Angeles’s premiere performers. From Studio recording to performing at the Hollywood Bowl, to the television screen, Becky has become a fixture in the Los Angeles world of entertainment. Becky has had the privilege of performing with such world-renowned artists as Natalie Cole, The Gypsy Kings, Arturo Sandoval & Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band to name a few.
Becky has been heard on such television shows as Disney’s Phineas & Pherb and Sofia the First. She has also been a featured soloist on recordings such as Disneyland’s Buzz Light Year show, Guitar Hero, Super Bowl XLVI 2012-NBC's “Brotherhood of Man”. Along her journey, she was Miss Orange and placed 4th runner-up at Miss California in 2000.
Alongside Becky’s work in TV & Film as a vocalist & actress, she is immensely passionate about mentoring young performers. Her passion for inspiring students to reach their life's fullest potential was her impetus in establishing Los Angeles Youth Session Singers (LAYSS); one of many avenues where Becky utilizes her gifts of equipping and inspiring students of all ages. Because Ms. Martin places such a high value on education, she travels the world as a guest artist and clinician. Becky has performed with numerous high school, university, professional bands, choirs, and orchestras worldwide.
Becky is proud to be releasing two albums this year. Her first solo album, entitled “Introducing Becky Martin” and a second release based on the journey of the many facets of the LA music scene through the years, entitled, "Remember Me When.”
